Nicole Baker

I have been teaching since 2001 and have taught kindergarten through grade three, with most years spent in grade one teaching hundreds of children to read and write.  I have always had a passion for inclusive educational environments, and completed some specialized work related to both giftedness and cognitive disabilities in university.  In 2012, I was placed as the Learning Support Teacher at MMH.  While I found it a most challenging transition away from my passions in the general classroom, I have found great passion in assisting teachers to develop their own best inclusive practices and I LOVE my job!
